That's one of the things about book bloggers that I was surprised to discover and I really like. They are usually careful not to criticize,and don't want to hurt anyone's feelings-even in reviews sometimes I find. Thanks for the good thoughts.
Hope you enjoy Sweet Thursday. I've read several of Steinbeck's novels but not that one.
I enjoyed In the Woods but I really encourage you to read The Likeness after it. Tana French blew me away with her second novel and it's well worth the read.
